• Do you already have a property or any lending?
• How much are you looking to borrow?
• What are you able to contribute in terms of a deposit?
• How much do you earn?

I’ll compile the answers to these and other questions into your lending application.

2. I’ll go to the banks on your behalf

I’ll take your lending application to…

• ASB
• ANZ/National
• Westpac
• The Co-Operative Bank (previously known as PSIS)
• SBS
• Sovereign
• Public Trust
• AMP

3. I’ll present your lending options

If we are successful, you’ll have the option to choose the best home loan deal or your preferred bank (or sometimes both!)

4. We’ll work together to finalise the details

And once you’ve decided on your preferred bank, I’ll help you complete the rest of the steps towards getting your new home.
